    Expanded individual, confidential coaching sessions to alumni. Board-certified coaches conduct sessions with 20+ years of experience and are qualified to help identify career goals, develop additional leadership skills, and navigate future career transitions. This coaching program supports Elon’s commitment to continuous learning and education for our alumni. Coaching is intended to assist Elon alumni in understanding where they are now, exploring where they want to be, and developing the competencies to get there. Coaching sessions apply to all career stages, whether you are a recent grad or a middle-level career professional. Coaching sessions will be conducted virtually and can be done from the comfort of your home.

    With participation, you will be eligible for two complimentary professional coaching sessions over a 3–6-month period. ÍõÖÐÍõÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ will cover the coaching fee. Selected individuals will receive an email from Ann Flaherty, director of the Office of Leadership & Professional Development, who will share more information about the program and introduce you to your coach. You and your coach will then work together to schedule a date/time to meet that is convenient for your schedule. Please note that if selected, participants will be asked to provide feedback regarding their experience within the program to help us further develop, expand, and adapt the program to better meet the needs of future alumni participants.
